A few words on our recruitment process
We work with a multi step process.
- The first step is to send in your complete application as per the instructions in the advertisement above.
- Review and selection of interesting profiles. The first feedback can take up to 2 weeks. If you have not heard from us after 2 weeks of sending the application please check in with us. (If your application was not complete we will not consider it)
- Telephone interview – we do a 45 minute telephone interview focused on you as an individual. The purpose is to catch what aren’t in your written application.
- Interview. Including a case where we will ask you to prove your analytical skills and technical knowledge. We will also typically do intelligence and personality testing as part of the process. All these impressions will be weighted when selecting the right member for our team.
